Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Time

2–6 business days via FedEx Ground or other trusted carriers
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination, carrier schedule, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. If we experience a high order volume or any unexpected delay, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Important Delivery Notice

Our products are shipped by reliable third-party carriers such as FedEx Ground or other logistics partners.

For large or heavy items, delivery is usually made to the front door, driveway, curbside, or the most accessible delivery point available to the carrier. Please kindly note that standard delivery service does not include indoor delivery, upstairs delivery, unpacking, assembly, or removal of old furniture.

Multiple-Package Shipments

Some products may be shipped in more than one package.

Although packages are usually picked up from our warehouse at the same time, they may be separated during the carrier’s sorting or transit process and delivered on different days. This is normal for large-item shipments and does not necessarily mean that part of the order is missing.

If you receive only part of your order, please check the tracking information or contact us, and we will be happy to help you confirm the shipment status.
