What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use, including eligible issues related to the bed frame structure, motor system, electronic components, remote control, and control box within the applicable warranty period.
During the warranty period, Tami Tami may provide troubleshooting support, replacement parts, or other appropriate solutions depending on the specific situation.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized repair or modification, accidents, overloading, commercial use, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or transportation after delivery.
The warranty also does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect product functionality, such as minor scratches, marks, or natural wear from regular use.
