TAMITAMI Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to TAMITAMI adjustable bed bases and power bases purchased from tamitamishop.com, unless a different warranty is stated on the product page.
Before discarding any packaging materials, please make sure all parts, electronics, and components have been removed from the box and accounted for.
2-Year Limited Warranty
For the first 2 years from the date of delivery, TAMITAMI will repair or replace defective parts caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
During this period, TAMITAMI will cover the cost of replacement parts, labor, and transportation related to approved warranty service.
5-Year Limited Parts Warranty
From year 3 through year 5 from the date of delivery, TAMITAMI will provide replacement parts for covered defects in materials or workmanship.
During this period, customers are responsible for any labor, service, and transportation costs related to the repair or replacement.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Coverage applies to the bed frame, motorized base components, and related parts originally included with the product.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper assembly, improper storage, or unauthorized modification
- Damage caused by exceeding the recommended weight limit
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
- Damage caused by accidents, spills, moisture, fire, flood, or other external causes
- Damage caused by use in commercial, rental, institutional, or non-residential settings
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources
Maximum Weight Limit
The maximum weight capacity of the power base is 770 lbs, including the mattress and users.
Damage caused by exceeding this weight limit is not covered under this warranty.

TAMITAMI reserves the right to determine whether a product issue is covered under this warranty after reviewing the information provided.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
