6013 Dual Motor Power Lift Chair

All the grandchildren pitched in to buy this for Grandpa. We looked at several options before deciding. This seemed like a reasonable price without giving up the lift feature. Grandpa couldn't care less what we paid; he's just delighted with the new chair. I spent more time reading measurements and return terms than comparing massage settings. With a big item like this I wanted to be sure it would actually fit.

I was a bit underwhelmed by the massage at first because I was expecting rollers or something. It's vibration. Once I understood that, I actually started enjoying it while reading. The heat works nicely and I can use the chair as a normal recliner the rest of the time. Worth knowing what you're buying. One thing to know is that I use it as a relaxation feature, not for anything medical. It just makes a cold evening in front of the television a little more pleasant.

Got this for my wife's birthday. We assembled it together, which was easier than I expected once we'd hauled the boxes into the room. She likes the heat and massage after work. She says the chair is a keeper. That's good, because I have no intention of moving it again anytime soon. I was mostly worried that the chair would look bulky in the room. Assembly wasn't hard, but give yourself room to work. I tried doing it between two other pieces of furniture and that was a mistake. Moved the table, laid everything out and it went much faster. The chair feels sturdy once assembled and the remote worked right away. We laid the parts out on an old blanket so we wouldn't scratch the floor. Nothing complicated, but taking our time made the job less frustrating.

My wife wanted somewhere to read that wasn't the bed. She can adjust the back to sit more upright and then recline when she's done. The color worked well with our room too. We put a small reading lamp beside it and now she hardly uses the couch. Our cat has also become extremely interested in the chair, which means I now have to check before reclining. The controls have been reliable so far, and the seat hasn't gone flat on me. I sometimes use a small pillow anyway, depending on what I'm reading. I like being able to change the chair position rather than being stuck in one angle.

Three weeks in and no regrets. Opens way out the foot plate fits my longer legs and I can tweak back and feet apart. Buttons are simple and I use them every day.

Ignored the foot plate in the listing at first. After a week I won't go back. Fully out my whole lower leg rests instead of just my calves on a short pad.

I'm short my boyfriend is tall. He uses the extension I leave it in. We still set back and feet differently. One chair somehow works for both of us.

Retail job so my feet are wrecked by evening. I open it out get the foot plate under my heels and leave the back where it's comfy. Helps more than ice packs honestly.

Gaming I keep the back fairly upright and just kick the footrest out. Independent controls make that possible. Old chair couldn't do that.

Routine now is slide the foot plate out raise the legs a little then ease the back. Feels custom every time. My kids keep asking to sit in the long chair.

Some nights I'm too tired to go to bed so I open this out and rest. Opens far enough and the foot plate keeps my feet from slipping off.
